He discovered that the market had branded flat pack product, not a lot cheaper than decent quality furniture, unbranded flat pack furniture that was cheap and poor quality materials and finish
When he looked at the "quality" product available he found fingerjointed table tops and benches made of lightweight materials or recycled. The marked prices were way above the quality of the materials.
He wanted furniture which was classic and would last a lifetime and what he found in the market was neither.
So, taking this all on board he decided to design and engineer furniture which would complement any home, regardless of the decor, with quality materials and quality finish
So in conjunction with his neighbours he created designs, cut, bent and fabricated steel which is then stove enammeled and then joined together with sculpted and polished oak.
